| Brief introduction to the project
|
Carbon fiber is a new-type fiber material, including over 95% of carbon content. As one of the important reinforcing materials of the world material science and engineering science, it has been a new material supported and developed by our country. The first-phase of this project invests 230 million yuan RMB to build a project towards producing 1,200T/A carbon fiber and 3,000T/A hi-performance polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber and FDY. Currently, this project has been built by Tianhua Yiwei Carbon Fiber (Xintai) Co., Ltd, and the construction of infrastructure has been started. Investors are welcome to inspect and invest it. |

Market analysis of the product |
The construction of this project accords with China’s policy demand that encourage to develop new material. Presently, the domestic consumption of carbon fiber has reached 100 million tons or so, while the domestic output can’t meet the demand. This project will increase the domestic deliverability, and have wide market prospect. |

After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales revenue of 500 million yuan RMB, and profit tax of 100 million yuan RMB annually. |
