Take the low-pressure insulator of 400v for example. The cost of each unit is 1 yuan RMB, and the net income will be 4 yuan RMB per unit, selling at 5 to 6 yuan RMB per unit. One ton of high-pressure composite insulating material can produce 10,000 pieces of 400v low pressure insulators, realizing output value of 50,000 yuan RMB and net income of 40,000 yuan RMB. Normally processing 250-300 tons of material may bring net income of 3-4 million yuan RMB. |

| This patent product, high-pressure composite insulating material, is made of red mud, a kind of wastage discharged in the processing of alumina, used plastic and some additives through heating and mixing, the price of which is only one third to one tenth of that of the general materials. The low-pressure insulator of 400v, after tested, can resist 45kv-50kv voltages, with each property surpassing that of the current product. And this product is non-contaminated, for there isn’t waste water, waste gas and solid waste produced. |
