This project plans to invest 144 million yuan RMB to build a set of production device towards producing 40,000T/A MCA (with its by-product 31% chlorhydric acid of 49,600 tons). It adopts the internationl advanced continuous chlorinating technology to produce high-purity products with the purity of 99% so as to meet the market’s demand. |

Market analysis of the product |
With the development of domestic fine chemicals industry, the quality is in strict demand gradually. The demand for high-purity MCA is becoming larger and larger and its marketplace prospect is very broad. It is forecasted that the domestic demand of MCA will reach 250,000 tons or so by 2010. This poject will increase the supply ability of domestic MCA, meet market’s demand and poduce fine economic effect. |

After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales revenue of 300 million yuan RMB, and profit tax of 40 million yuan RMB. |

Construction condition of the project |
In recent years, the domestic medicine and dyestuff industries develop quickly and have great marketplace potential. The Eastern China is the biggest production and consumption area. In Tai’an City, many large and medium-sized pesticide, medicine and fine chemicals enterprises are distributed widely, acetic acid and chlorine are abound in natural resources, and the raw material supply for producing MCA is guaranteed. Therefore, it has fine geographic advantages to build MCA device in Tai’an City. This project has been strictly demonstrated by experts and belongs to major projects in Tai’an introduced to foreign investors. |
