Brief introduction to the project

Polyimide has many other characteristics of oxide stability, anti-irradiation, fine insulation, anti-chemical erosion, anti-abrasive and hi-intensity besides hi-temperature resistance. It can be widely used in many fields such as aviation, voyage, electron, automobile, fine mechanics and petrochemical industry. This project plans to invest 97.4 million yuan RMB to build a production line towards producing 200T/A polyimide. Investors are welcome to cooperate with us.

Market analysis of the product

In 2004, the global consumption of polyimide was about 31,000 tons and the domestic consumption was about 1,500 tons. It is forecasted that the total demand in the world will reach 46,000 tons and the domestic demand will reach 3,000 tons. With the price stabilization of international crude oil and the increase of domestic output, the price of polyimide will vary at 700,000Yuan/Ton in the future.

The analysis of economic effect

After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales revenue of  176 million yuan RMB, and profit tax of 30 million yuan RMB.

Construction condition of the project

Presently, in Tai’an City, the development scale of chlorine alkali chemicals industry is larger, the auxiliary ability is strong and the product chain further extends to the following products. In the future, Tai’an City will energetically develop multiform high-additional-value hydrogen-consuming and alkali-consuming products. Besides the available PVC, it will build certain ecnomic-scale CMS, PI, Trichloroethylene, High Polymer Chloride, and High Purity Vinyl Chloride.
