Brief introduction to the project |
At present, the self-supporting rate of adipic acid is only 55%, and others depend on import. Making use of the local salt resource and by-product hydrogen of caustic soda industry to build production device for adipic acid can effectively decrease production cost and improve products’ competiveness. This project plans to invest 40 million yuan RMB to build a production line towards producing 70,000T/A adipic acid with by-product cyclohexane of 12,390 tons. |

Market analysis of the product |
It is investigated that the consumption of global adipic acid is increasing year by year. It is forecasted that the world demand of adipic acid will reach 3 million tons, and the domestic demand will reach 500,000 tons. While the self-supporting rate of adipic acid is only 55%, and others depend on import presently. So, adipic acid has great marketplace potential. |

After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales revenue of 940 million yuan RMB, and profit tax of 140 million yuan RMB. |

Currently, the domestic demand of adipic acid is increasing quickly. The rich salt resource and by-product hydrogen of caustic soda industry in Tai’an provide sufficient raw material for producing adipic acid, and effectively decrease production cost and improve products’ competiveness as well. This project has been strictly demonstrated by experts and belongs to major projects in Tai’an introduced to foreign investors. |
