Having some deserve of high-quality sand vein quartz, Taian possesses the conditions to make trichlorosilane. The main product is 6,000T/A of trichlorosilane, and byproducts are silicon tetrafluoride and hydrogen. Investors are warmly welcome to develop it jointly. |
