Brief introduction to the project

Currently, Shandong Huaxing Textile Group Co., Ltd owns 160,000 ring spinners including 100,000 combing machines, 1,680 open-end spinning machines and 4,584 spindles. This project is built into two phases, including the first-phase engineering accomplishes eliminating 300 shuttle looms and increases 54 jet looms and corollary equipments, the second-phase engineering accomplishes 360 width hi-grade clothes fabric jet looms and corollary equipments for producing hi-grade clothes fabric, hi-grade decoration textile and down-proof fabric.

It is forecasted that the global textile and ready-made clothes will reach 80 million tons by the end of 2007, and the demand of textile and ready-made clothes will accelerate increasing than ever in the coming 10 years with the average growth rate of 3.2% annually. The consumption of textile and ready-made clothes in China and some European and American developing countries and Africa as well will reach 30 million tons, while the producing and processing ability is only 20 million tons now. So, this project has great marketplace potential and its prospect is wide.
