Founded in 1989 as a joint venture, the company was created by Shandong Plastic Industry General Company, Tai'an Plastic Industry Company and HongKong Yongjia Company. The floor space is 80,000 square meters, including 20,000 meters of building area. The total asset is 85.37 million yuan and registered fund 6.56 million yuan. Among the 1000 working staff, there are more than 400 professional technicians.

The company mainly produces different serial ropes like polyethylene rope, polypropylene rope, blending rope, fiber black silk ribbon rope, multifilament rope, the cable and function rope, together with different serial lines of single silk thread, double silk thread and lacerated rope, and thread, net and strap products. The company has already passed IS09001 International Quality System Authentication and Authentication of Chinese Shipping Bureau. The quality has reached the international advanced standard, and the products are in short supply. In 2004, it realized the sales income of 38 million yuan.

The company plans to seek for cooperation in the U.S. electrician market and welcomes investors to negotiate business in Tai'an.
