As a private-run enterprise, Tai’an Tianpu Solar Energy Glass Products Co., Ltd was created by Beijing Tianpu Group and Tai’an Tairun Glass Products Co., Ltd in 2003. The total asset is 110 million yuan and the floor space of the company is 20,000 square meters, including 8,000 square meters of building area. There are 100 staff and workers altogether.

The main products of company are vacuum glass tubes of solar energy with the annual production capacity of 150,000 tons. In 2004, it realized the sales income of 40 million yuan and profit tax of 2 million yuan.

The newly-produced vacuum tube product line, which was invested 60 million yuan has been put into use. And the company also produces 4 glass tube kiln and 16 vacuum tube product lines.
