Dai Temple Archway is a stone memorial archway which stands between Yaocan Pavilion and Dai Temple. It is 12 meters high, 9.8 meters wide and 3 meters long. It was built in the 11th year of reign of Kangxi (1672) in the Qing Dynasty. Most of the stone memorial archways of Mount Taishan show the major style of rough cut as if they are not finely carved, except for this archway. It has complex structure and is particularly ingenious. Thus it looks dazzlingly brilliant. Exquisite composition and engraving techniques make Dai Temple Archway a treasure of Chinese sculpture of the Qing Dynasty.
