To the northwest of Puzhao Monastery, Five Sagas Shrine was built in honor of the five scholars who are respectively Sun Fu, Shi Jie and Hu Yuan of the Song Dynasty, Song Tao of the Ming Dynasty and Zhao Guolin of the Qing Dynasty. During the Song Dynasty it was used as Mount Taishan Academy. It is divided into eastern and western courtyard. The eastern one is the shrine and the western is the terrace for teaching.
