Brief introduction to the cooperation unit of the project: Tai'an Taishan Holdings Ltd., which is a wholly state-owned limited liability company invested and built by the Administration Committee of Tai'an Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone. Its registered capital is 300 million yuan RMB and its operation scopes include foreign investment management, development and construction of projects and trustee assets management. By October 2008, the company's total assets had reached 1.6 billion yuan RMB and net assets of 920 million yuan RMB. It has gained fine economic and social benefit.
