Brief introduction to the project: Tai'an Newspapering Building and Newspapering Cultural Industrial Park is a multifunctional office building as well as a creative industry zone of culture combining work, business, convention exhibition, photograph, culture creativity and information service. It's prepared to be built by Tai'an Daily, and divided into two phases for project construction, where the project in the 1st phase includes main blocks of Newspapering Building and in the 2nd phase includes podium building and creative industry park. The Newspapering Building in the 1st phase is 26-meter high, 80-meter wide from east to west and 240-meter long from south to north. It covers an area of 30 Chinese acres with a building area of 40,000 square meters. After the project puts into operation, this region will form a political, cultural and commercial center that take convention center, news center, government affairs center and business building as the main building structure. This project implements marketing operation model, the primary planning and the designing work has been completed by the group for preparing construction, and the investors(developers) will be selected to develop this project.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it will realize the takings of 120 million yuan RMB, and profit and tax of 20 million yuan RMB annually as well.
