III. Brief introduction to the project: Tai'an City is the national model base for organic vegetables producing, processing and earning foreign exchange through exporting. At present, the vegetable seeded area in Tai'an City is 1,900,000 Chinese acres, the area of organic vegetable is 220,000 Chinese acres with an annual output of 880,000 tons. The breeds that have gained the national and international related organizations' (European Union and Japan) attestation are close to 40. The quality of vegetable is high, and the international and domestic markets are wide. The project plans to newly increase the cultivated area of organic vegetables of 100,000 Chinese acres. The enterprises and groups who are keen about planting and processing of the organic vegetables are warmly welcome to Tai'an City for inspecting and investing.

IV. Construction condition of the project: Tai'an City gives the following support to the organic vegetables planting and processing.
1. Compensate on the changing scheduled time's loss of production bases of organic vegetables.
2. Subsidize the leading enterprises' loan discount.
3. Give related allowance to production bases' infrastructures of organic vegetables.
4. Give construction allowance to special material distribution centers of organic vegetables production.
5. Give allowance to construction fees of organic vegetables training centers.
6. Give training fees to special uses.

Market analysis of the project: It is estimated that the whole world's market demand of the organic vegetables will exceed US$1 thousand hundred million, and the Chinese products will cover 1-2% of them in the coming 5 to 10 years. As a traditional area for planting vegetables, Tai'an City has many industrial advantages, such as fine land resources and resources of human talents, and developed traffic logistics. It is prior to support planting and processing enterprises, so, the beneficial result of developing organic vegetables planting and processing is obvious.
