III. Brief introduction to the project: The flower seedlings demonstration base includes four villages of Song Tuan, Hong Miao, Zhi Huizhuang and the former Sheng Zhuang in Taishan District. It covers an area of 2,000 Chinese acres, with a focus at home and abroad to introduce fine green nursery stocks, flowers, fruit trees, as well as local "famous special" varieties. The first-phase project plans to build intelligent greenhouse with 30,000 square meters, annual output of 20 million plantlets, 10 million moth orchid seedlings and 5 million pineapples.

VI. Market analysis of the project: As the improvement of living standards, people pay more attention to strengthening the protection of entironment and enhancing the quality of life. The green nursery stocks and potted flowers are in great demand, and the market prospect is extremely broad. After the project completes, the area of demonstration base will reach 40,000 Chinese acres with over 200 kinds of types, which will also greatly enhance the grade and level of flower seedlings in Taishan District. It's beneficial to the development of modern characteristic agriculture to create the famous brand of flower seedlings in Tai'an.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales revenue of 400 millon yuan RMB, and profit and tax of 60 millon yuan RMB annually as well.
