III. Brief introduction to the project: This project plans to invest 120 million yuan RMB to build plant of 15,000 square meters. It's divided into two phases construction, including the first phase will build production devices of 100,000 tons, respectively build 50,000tons/annual slow-release fertilizer and  50,000tons/annual sustained and controlled release fertilizer; and the second phase will rebuild 50,000tons/annual slow-release fertilizer and  50,000tons/annual sustained and controlled release fertilizer each equipment. After the project completes, it will reach the production capacity of 200,000 tons annually.

Market analysis of the project: The sustained and controlled release fertilizer has the characteristics of high utilization and long period of manurial effect, which can prevent the loss of nitrogen element from the source effectively. It has been honoured as environmentally friendly fertilizer as well as "the 21st century fertilizer" due to its characteristics of energy conservation, pollution reduction, high efficiency and environmental protection. At present, China's sustained and controlled release fertilizer still depends on the import, and with the reduction of the production cost of sustained and controlled release fertilizer and the changing of the awareness to protect soil, it has been approved by many planting owners gradually. So, the market prospect is extremely broad.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales revenue of 500 million yuan RMB, and profit and tax of 70 million yuan RMB annually as well.

Brief introduction to the cooperation unit of the project: Shandong Feida Chemical Technology Co., Ltd is a national "high-tech enterprise", which owns the total assets of 520 million yuan RMB, covers an area of 525 Chinese acres, and employs 1,500 working staff. The company mainly produces four series of dozens of varieties including urea, ammonium bicarbonate, liquid carbon dioxide, oxygen, rubber antioxidant and radial drilling machine.
