In 2008, the two groups made large investment to the original department store for upgrading, and also planned to build a multifunctional modern business center integrates leisure and shopping, dining and entertainment, commercial office with lodging. The planned major functions include: 1 floor to 5 floor are used for fashion shopping mall, 6 floor to 11 floor used for repast, entertainment, commercial office and lodging. The single area is 3,000 square meters with 3.9m-5.4m high and the total area will be 35,000 square meters after renovation. At present, the Mansion is still at the decorating stage and meanwhile is making overall investment towards the society. After the project completes, it will use cooperative business operation, joint, entrustment administration and lease to carry out operation.
