III. Brief introduction to the project: Dongping Lake was listed as one of tourist attractions by Shandong Provincial People's Government in 1985. As the only famous remaining water in history, it has been an essential component of Shandong Provincial traveling hot line. This project is located at the Daqing River estuary to Dongping Lake, neighboring No. 255 Provincial Road to the east and connecting with Jinan-Heze Highway. It is the biggest tourists distribution center and service center of Dongping Lake scenic area. This project covers an area of 300-400 Chinese acres with a commercial building area of 100,000 square meters. It mainly builds six function areas including the comprehensive service area of wharf, northern fishing village holiday resort, Houliang fishing village sightseeing area, Liangshanpo water village sightseeing area, ecological residential area of Dongping Lake and development area.

VI. Market analysis of the project: In recent years, Dongping County Party committee and Dongping County Government have been exploring the tourist resources of Dongping Lake deeply. They aim at building "AAAA" scenic area, effort to build "Water Dongping" and keep on perfecting the infrastructure of Dongping Lake and its surroundings continuously. Now, it has had basic conditions for building travel service area. It has good economic and social benefits for investing and developing the Tourism Service Area of Dongping Lake.
VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the tourist income of 600 million yuan RMB, and profit and tax of 100 million yuan RMB annually as well.
