III. Brief introduction to the project: This project fully utilizes the resources advantage of Jueyu Reservoir and San Baiyuan planting base in being to build a tourist resort. It mainly builds Jueyu Reservoir Leisure Vacation Village, Taishan Peony Garden, Herb Garden, 100 Orchard and Water Park combining environmental protection and energy saving, commercial building, leisure, vacation with sightseeing. This project plans to cover an area of 3,500 Chinese acres with a building area of 200,000 square meters.

VI. Market analysis of the project: Jueyu Township of Daiyue District is located in the east of Mt. As the second largest reservoir in Tai'an City, the Jueyu Reservoir within Jueyu Township is a good place for travel, fishing, leisure and vacation. Currently, there's no any comprehensive tourism projects in Jueyu Township. So, it has great development potential to build such a tourism project.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the takings of 500 million yuan RMB, and profit and tax of 75 million yuan RMB annually as well.
