III. Brief introduction to the project:
This project fully utilizes the geothermal resources in Qiaogou Village of Culai Township and tourist resources of Mt. Cu Laishan National Forest Park to build large-sized comprehensive tourism development project. The project plans to cover an area of 600 Chinese acres with the total investment of 160 million yuan RMB. Currently, the first-phase project has built up supply well for hot spring, well for potable use, water supply pipe, bath building, dining buiding, tea house with the investment of 15 million yuan RMB. The second-phase project plans to invest 45 million yuan RMB and covers an area of 240 Chinese acres to newly build public club, bath villa, traditional food street and ecological travel area. The third-phase project plans to invest 100 million yuan RMB and covers an area of 240 Chinese acres to newly build socialization sanatorium, tropical planting area and culture zone. After the project completes, it will be built into a multi-functional tourism project combining thermal spring bath, tourist vacation, leisure entertainment, meeting reception, planting with cultivation.

VI. Market analysis of the project: The mixed water temperature of Taishan Hot Spring can reach 42℃. It enjoys abundant water quantity and good water quality as well. It contains over 20 kinds of useful microelement, which is beneficial to treating various human diseases. With the improvement of material and cultural life, people's life style, living conditions and ideas of life have changed a lot. And the number of tourists coming to Mt. Tai and Cu Laishan is increasing year by year. This project will attract more and more tourists from home and abroad to travel, sightseeing and recuperation. So, it has a wide development prospect.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the takings of 250 million yuan RMB, and profit and tax of 35 million yuan RMB annually as well.
