Restore and build Wen Temple, Guandi Temple, Huoshen Temple, Chenghuang Temple, Zhenwu Temple, Bao'en Buddhist Temple, Qingzhen Buddhist Temple, Zhuangyuan Mansion and Shanshan Assembly Hall.
