III. Brief introduction to the project: This project covers an area of 500 Chinese acre, all of the land belongs to construction reserve and no basic farmland has been occupied. This project belongs to the typical electric power station near coal mines. It is going to set up 2×1,500 megawatts electric generating set. The electric power plant meet the demands of circular economy, all of the soot, slack and the sewage can be reused. This project has been put on the list of the building program, and it conforms to the electric layout of Shandong Province. The procedure document of the 500 Chinese acres foundation expropriation has been finished.

At the appointed time, the installed power generating capacity of Shandong need to reach 3.058 million kw, the total capacity reaches 7.2 million kw, so the gap in the supply of electricity is great. Therefore, this project has a good market prospect.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales revenue of 1.1 billion yuan RMB, and profit and tax of 200 million yuan RMB annually as well.
