III. Brief introduction to the project: This project is designed to produce 2×2.5 million tons muriatic pelletizing annually. The project is divided into two phases for project construction. The first stage will be invested with 800 million yuan RMB to bulid a production line with 2.5 million tons muriatic annually, and the second stage will be invested with 500 million yuan RMB to build another production line with 2.5 million tons muriatic annually.

Market analysis of the project: Dongping County is rich in iron ore resources, and its verified reserves reach 760 million tons which take about one third of the total proved iron ore reserves in Shandong Province. At the present time, five of the iron factories has put into operation or has been building. After it puts into operation, they can produce 30 million tons iron ore and 10 million tons iron powder. This project is going to build the new iron further processing project, including smelting ferrous powder, casting and so on.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales revenue of 1.6 billion yuan RMB, and profit and tax of 200 million yuan RMB annually as well.
