Brief introduction to the project: Tai'an North Vehicle Co., Ltd is a large-scale private-run enterprise integrating the sales of finished automobile, vehicle maintenance, supply of standby parts, cultural diffusion of automobile and production-manufacturing. At present, it plans to invest 160 million yuan RMB to newly build a foreign cooperative project towards producing 10,000set/annual forklift trucks. And this project will be solely registered into a new company to produce various kinds of forklift products suited to market's demand. And currently, it has got a manufacturing license of three-ton forklift trucks. Investors are welcome to inspect and invest this project.

V. Ways of cooperation: Our side invest with land, workshop and equipment, and the foreign side invests with funds or technology. The investment proportion can be negotiated.

Market analysis of the project: In recent years, with the continuous development of China's economy, the demand of domestic forklift truck market is stably increasing at the speed of 30%, and the international market demand is expanding gradually as well, which have provided wide development prospect for manufacturing enterprises of forklift trucks.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales revenue of 300 million yuan RMB, and profit and tax of 50 million yuan RMB annually as well.

Brief introduction to the cooperation unit of the project: Tai'an North Vehicle Co., Ltd was founded in October 1994 with a total assets of 120 million yuan RMB and a registered capital of 20.16 million yuan RMB. It covers an area of 350 Chinese acres with a building area of 24,600 square meters. It has 400 employees, including 42 technical controllers. Currently, the company has already owned 7 well-known vehicle brand 4S shops. It realized the sales revenue of 450 million yuan RMB, and profit and tax of 40 million yuan RMB in 2008.
