III. Brief introduction to the project: This project is planned to be built in Feicheng High-tech Industrial Development Zone. It mainly adopts many advanced technologies such as re-pressing alkalify, nitrogen protection, temperature automation, automatic phase recycle of epoxy chloropropane and automatic filling technique to produce 10,000 tons epoxide resin annually. Investors are welcome to negotiate and cooperate with the company.

Market analysis of the project: Epoxide resin is a kind of important thermosetting resin breed, and has excellent physical and mechanical character, electricity insulating property, anti-chemical corrosion character, heat-resisting and cementation character. It is widely used in the industrial fields of chemical industry, light industry, water conservancy, traffic, machinery, electron, home appliance, automobile and aviation. Currently, the domestic demand towards epoxide resin is showing increasing trend yearly. It is calculated that China has more than 100 manufacturing enterprises for epoxide resin now. But they have comparative smaller size and can't meet the domestic need at all. So, this project has broad market prospect and development space.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales revenue of 200 million yuan RMB, and profit and tax of 40 million yuan RMB annually as well.

Brief introduction to the cooperation unit of the project: Feicheng Lutai Group Co., Ltd. is a modernized private enterprise which concentrates on new-type building materials and industry of fine chemicals, and carries on diversified products of cement, art work and so on. The company covers an area of more than 200 Chinese acres, has a total capital of 180 million yuan RMB, and has more than 600 enployees. It also has five subordinate companies and one joint venture which mainly produce fiber strengthened calcium silicate board, thistle board, concrete pole, drainpipe, cement products equipment, various kinds of fine chemicals, copper art work and so on. Among them, the  fiber strengthened calcium silicate board named "Lutai" brand which produced by this company have been exported to many countries and regions as well.
