III. Brief introduction to the project: Located in the middle part of Yunshan Road, Xintai Economic Development Zone, this project plans to newly build a production line towards producing 3,000 tons xanthan gum annually and mainly add fermentation equipments and after extraction equipments.

Market analysis of the project: Xanthan gum has the characteristics of high quality and high viscosity and includes four grades of food grade, petroleum grade, fine chemicals grade and medicine grade. As the thickening auxiliary, suspending agent and stabilizing agent, this product has been widely used in food, petroleum exploitation, drilling and chemical industry. Currently, the social demand of xanthan gum is very big and the supply falls short of demand.

VII. Analysis of the economic benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can newly increase the sales revenue of 160 million yuan RMB, and profit and tax of 22 million yuan RMB annually as well.

VIII. Brief introduction to the cooperation unit of the project: Shandong Golden Sunshine Bioengineering Co., Ltd. was built up in 2004 by Xintai Gaozuo Coal Mine which belongs to the Gaozuo Mining Co., Ltd. The company takes the hi-quality high-viscosity xanthan gum as the main product. The total investment of this project is 70 million yuan RMB, and the first stage which invested 70 million yuan RMB on producing 1,000 tons xanthan gum has been finished.
