Dongpinghu (dongping lake) salted duck egg

Dongpinghu (dongping lake) salted duck egg, an exported food well-known all over China, is made from the duck egg of top quality from Dongping Lake and produced with both traditional and modern processing techniques.

The duck egg has a big size with white or light green eggshell. After it is broken, snow-white egg white and bright-red egg yolk can be seen directly; meanwhile, after the salted process, it contains proper salt but sufficient oil.

Characteristics: After it is boiled and broken, the white appears sharply in contrast with bright-red egg yolk, which is not only soft and tender but fresh.
